House Defeats Amendment to Block U.S. Military Aid to Israel, 103 Members Vote in Favor

The article noted that under a 2016 memorandum of understanding set to expire in 2028, the U.S. committed $38 billion in overall military aid to Israel and $5 billion in missile defense appropriations.
